Greenfield McClain Alumni Class Of 1950-1959

Retired a second time this year, was a teacher and director of technology first, then adult ed. I taught everything from preschool to graduate school in the 48 years I worked as a teacher. I have been married to Roger Ashley for nearly 51 years. We have two sons, four grandchildren, and three step grandchildren. He is retired after spending 40 years as a fill-time United Methodist minister. We live a simple and unexciting life which we enjoy together.

I came to Columbus to go to computer school and I got a job with the State Of Ohio and I met my husband Raymond and we have been married for almost 45 yrs. We have 3 grown children 2 boys and 1 girl. We also have 6 wonderful grandchildren. I retired about 5 yrs. ago after working in the computer field for along time. I now just cross stitch and go to grandchildren sporting events and enjoy life.

4 yrs navy , 4 years various jobs , 30 years ohio bell ,ameritech corp.retired from Ameritech in 1994 , on my 55th birthday. I have a 23 year old daughter and my wife and I are following her around the country , she is making a career of college , I think.

Posted 3-1-2011 Retired USAF 1974, USPS 1996. Married Mary E. Dorr in 1982. From previous marriages have two daughters and two sons. Seven grandchildren, five in Ohio and two in Louisiana. Expecting new granddaughter in July. We have travel by RV in all 49 states with exception of Idaho. We have vacationed in Hawaii and hiked to the top of Diamond Head. Will be 76 March 25, 2011. Air Force, then PhD in anatomy after 10 years of college, worked as University Professor at The University of the Virgin Islands from 1968 to 1973, then Baldwin-Wallace University in Berea Ohio, retired in 2004.

married twice 2 dau from 1st 1 son from sec. been marries almost 40 years now to marty. turned 70 on dec 19th. i have 6 grand-kids 6 great. retired from sales with 19 trips over seas. still travel on cruises. love being on fb and greenfield friends. wish older classmates would join in.

Widowed. 3 Children. 5 grandchildren. Legally blind now. Still enjoy gardening and lots of audiobooks. Would like to reconnect with any Glaze’s that remember me.

Attended McClain in ’56 and ’57. Graduated at Fairfield in ’59.

Married 3 times with 4 sons from first marriage with grandchildren and greatgrandchildren every where. Wife 3 (Judy) and I were married in 2004. I worked farms, sawmills, stone quarys and factorys and the last 26 years at Mac Tool in Sabina. Now tinker in my blacksmith shop and help out around home.

US Army off and on for 35 years. Retired to manage a mobile home community. Second retirement to DE and do nothing but ‘honey dos’s’ and fish for carp.

Worked at Sears Order office in Greenfield for a year until Vernon came home from service. Got married, moved to Cincinnati. From there we moved to Springfield, Ohio area. Was there for over 40 years. Now we have moved to Leesburg, Ohio, Both of us are retired. Vernon retired from International Harvester and I retired from the Insurance business.

Retired from air force in l976. started a career in training and racing harness horses. Retired from that in 2010. Now i just walk and run every day and enjoy life. i married Mary E Dillman in 1965. Have two children and seven grandchildren. Four great-grandchildren. life is good.
